Attend a Raindrop Technique Demo!

Have you wondered what Raindrop Technique is? Sunday, June 5, from 2:30-4 PM, Hope and Healing Aromatherapy is hosting a demonstration of Raindrop Technique at the spa. Seating is limited so be sure to R.S.V.P. to ensure you will have a spot.

We know that stress, unhealthy eating, crazy busy schedules, all contribute to challenges with our sleep, concentration, well-being, and energy levels. Raindrop Technique provides beautiful support to our self-care regime.

Raindrop Technique was developed by Young Living founder, Gary Young, combining long established wellness techniques from Native American traditions and specific essential oils. The oils are applied by dropping them onto the back like raindrops, hence the name, Raindrop Technique. Raindrop Technique provides a harmonizing, relaxing, wellness experience for the body, mind, and spirit as the essential oils disperse throughout the body to provide support to various body systems.

The body's energy is first balanced, then essential oils are applied to the spinal reflex points on the soles of the feet. Afterwards, the same essential oils are applied to the spine with feathering or fanning sequences. The essential oils traditionally used are Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Aroma Siez, Valor, and Peppermint. Additional essential oils may be added, depending on the specific body systems needing support. Raindrop is concluded with a hot compress, supporting the release of the essential oils into the muscles and organs. Raindrop Technique is extremely relaxing and often clients will doze off during their Raindrop.

It is recommended that clients wait 24 hours after a Raindrop before bathing to allow time for the essential oils to fully absorb into the body. The benefits of the Raindrop generally last about a week.
